For Pre-order
I. Pre-order means that I will order the item from my supplier exactly as requested by customer (color, size, quantity).
II. Please put some deposit to confirm your order, before i get the item from supplier.
III. Once confirmation have been made, any cancellation or changing the color/size/quantity is not allowed. In case of cancellation, deposit will not be refund.
IV. In case the item ordered is not available, I will return your full deposit/ payment.
V. When the items arrive, I will inform you and expecting full payment within 1 week.
VI. Please only order if you willing to wait.
